Brig - Rosswald has 25 kilometers (16 miles) of pistes. There are 4 kilometers (2.5 miles) of cross country ski trails at Brig - Rosswald. For snowboarders, there is a half pipe. The nearest airport is at Geneva.

Just spent a day in Rosswald. It was worth every minute. Took a telecabine to a sunny plateau with some of the finest views in the world. Yes, the skiing is limited but the couple of easy blacks and lovely blues made it really worthwhile. Perfect grooming, the locals were super friendly and helpful (from the skipass sales guy, lift attendants, ski instructors and restaurant folk) and there's a truly quaint atmosphere.

Then came the highlight, a 10km rum through the trees to the bottom. Enormous fun!

Go visit, its not for a week but for a day or two. It's really worth it.
